Visit São Paulo any time of the year. The winter is mild and sub-dry, and the summer is moderately warm and rainy. Fall and spring are transitional seasons. In summer (January through March), the mean low temperature is about 63°F and the mean high temperatures is near 82°F. In winter, temperatures tend to range between 52°F and 73°F.
